Sending letters to inmates takes a long time from overseas and sometimes does not reach the person you are trying to contact, we have now started an email to letter service. This means you can use our contact form and in the subject put the inmates name, prison and nationality. In the comments type your letter not forgetting to put your name at the bottom. When we get the letter via email we will print it put it into a envelope and make delivery's on one day a week to the prisons. We are currently trying to arrange the reverse, letter to email from the inmates but getting permission for this is proving difficult.

I have visited Michealla on friday the 31st August, she is well and thinks she will get out soon. I however am not so sure this will happen unless she receives help financially and with the police procedures. I have scanned a couple of letters she has written you can click here to read them. The situation is that the men they were with have had a judgment and were fined Dhs 5,000.00 it is not clear if this is for each person or covers the four involved. The men's sponsor company is doing all they can to get there employees out however Michealla has been abandoned by her sponsor company. I know her company will refuse to pay any gratuity, plane ticket or wages due as the labor law in the emirates states that they don't have to in the event the employee has broken the law. Her case number is on the first letter and if anyone can help in finding out what her situation is and what we need to do to get her out we would appreciate it.
